Navy Veteran Esiah Campos is fighting back against ICE

“One of my top priorities is to safeguard our residents from fear and intimidation, regardless of their background. I sought office to serve and defend our community, including standing up to ICE’s actions targeting our neighbors.”

Navy Veteran Esiah Campos is standing up to Trump and ICE with Real Action:

  • Advocated, voted for, and passed the resolution that banned ICE from using Lake County property.
  • Led district-wide efforts to report ICE activity by mobilizing residents to monitor and protect neighbors while informing local businesses about their rights.
  • Became a voice on news stations and local media, condemning immigration raids and raising public awareness.
  • Assisted families of those abducted by ICE in retrieving victims’ personal property and connected those in need with available resources.

Lake County Board Member Esiah Campos is leading the fight to unmask ICE agents and hold them accountable.

As vice chair of the legislative committee, Esiah Campos advocated for a bill prohibiting law enforcement from wearing masks or concealing their identities. He also supported a measure to ban ice from county property to address local concerns.

Furthermore, he organized community members to act as quick-response teams during immigration enforcement and publicly opposed the Supreme Court’s decision to consider race as probable cause. Additionally, Esiah took the initiative to call an emergency meeting to condemn Trump’s actions at the Great Lakes Naval Station.

Esiah Campos is a proud U.S. Navy veteran and a lifelong member of the community he serves. Let’s re-elect Esiah Campos so that TOGETHER – UNITED, we can continue the fight.
